"did not use the jacuzzi in room .did not know that they had roons with out jacuzzi, found it difficult to clime in and out to take a shower."

"My husband and I did enjoy our stay although short. Prior to booking the room, I called to verify that the jacuzzi was availble in the winter and was told yes.
We were very dissapointed that the jacuzzi was not heated. We were so looking forward to be able to relax in a nice warm jacuzzi and came to find out that it was not warmed up. The hostess did not know what was wrong, if it was out of order or just not turned on."
